Dunster's old roads

Rattle Row Dunster end

A network of roads formerly connected Dunster with its hamlets, fields, woods and marshes as well as neighbouring villages. Some were closed by the Luttrells in the18th century to provide greater privacy for their grounds and new park. Others were closed as part of 19th-century improvements.
