The letter accompanying the completed questionnaire contained this paragraph:

There has been a place of worship here since the early 1300s when a chapel was erected dedicated to Thomas a Becket

St Madern's (pronounced Madderne) is the mother church of Penzance. It is a large sized parish church in the Perpendicular style.

The parish church of St Keverne is dedicated to St Akeveranus.

The parish of St Gennys is within the Benefice of St Gennys, Jacobstow with Warbstow and Treneglos on the north Cornwall coast. 

 

St Rumon, Ruan Lanihorne, is one of the churches set in the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and is dated from 1321. 

This questionnaire on Saint Briochus' Church, was completed by a volunteer working on the project, and includes some interesting photographs

Cape Cornwall is located near St Just-in-Penwith. It is the remains of a small medieval chapel, used as a farm building.

The church has a 15th century, carved alabaster Reredos, retaining vestiges of colour and gilding.
