Contents comprising the Keeper’s Cottage at Kempshott Clump Farm and cottages; the Grange Farm house and cottages, the Down Farm house and the village of Dummer. Also a formerly detached part of the parish of Winslade comprising cottages at Ganderdown, Southwood Farm house, Kempshott House, the gardener’s house, coachman’s rooms and cottages at The Kennel.

The population for this period is 427 in 120 buildings with an additional 7 uninhabited buildings including Tower Hill Farm where two disabled people are listed as living in a barn at Tower Hill.
Sir Nelson Rycroft employed 12 domestic servants at Kempshott House. Some large house employees were not born locally.
The foundry was active.
