The whole of the parish of Winslade and Kempshott including Ganderdown, Southwood Farm, the Turnpike, Kempshott Park and Kennel, Hackwood Farm and Hound Town cottages and Winslade Village. The whole of the parish of Dummer including Dummer Down Farm and cottages, Grange Farm and cottages, New Barn cottages, a cottage near Kempshott and Dummer village.

The population has dropped to 325 living in 78 houses with an additional 6 unoccupied. Four farmers occupied 1,499 acres employing 42 labouring men and boys although a total of 75 men were listed as agricultural labourers, shepherds or carters. The seven shepherds reflect the importance of sheep in the local economy.
There was more inmigration than in previous decades with considerable numbers born in Wiltshire. The schoolmistress came from Chertsey in Surrey.
