Will of Thomas Terry of Dummer, clerk 1723

Terry (d. 1723) asked to be buried in the churchyard at Dummer. He left his eldest son Thomas his lands and property from which he was to pay £500 to each of his four younger children. He charged his brother Steven Terry with the education and bringing up of his children in the Church of England in the event of his death before his children came of age.
