Will of Thomas Holmes, yeoman, 1646

Holmes was a yeoman whose wife was pregnant at the time of his death and his eldest son was not of age. He is the son of John Holmes, who predeceased him by about two months. He had a lease of lands in Kingsclere but although he was living in Basingstoke there is no evidence of him also having lands there.
