Will of Richard Taylor, 1518

Taylor’s will was written in Latin and supported the church of St Mary with the bequest of two sheep. The family was well known in the village in the late Middle Ages and is discussed in Mapledurwell. Which Corpus Christi College copyhold Richard Taylor farmed has not been established.
