Will & inventory of Humphrey Morton, gentleman, 1671

This is a transcript of the will of Humphrey Morton, gentleman, dated 30 November 1670 and the inventory taken on 15 March 1671. He was a wealthy man, the total value of his moveable estate being valued at £850 11s. 8d. He had £150 'in his purse' and debts owing to him of £364. He owned the farm known as Dugmore's, in Eastnor, Callow Hills in Munsley (Herefordshire) and the Pales in Leigh (Worcestershire).
