Will and inventory of Thomasine Upton, 1630

Upton was a spinster apparently living in the house of a relative. She leaves bequests to siblings and nephews/nieces and other kinsmen. There does not appear to be enough in her inventory to fund the bequests which would have been a problem for the executrix, her sister, who would have had to share out the assets as best as she could and then account to the court.
