Will and inventory of Henry Egger/Eggar, yeoman of Up Nately, 1661

Egger named his lands in Up Nately which he left to his son Henry. If his son died, then daughter, Elizabeth would inherit Wakelands (4 a.) in Up Nately, and 1 meadow called Killlmead (2 a.), and 4 a. of land in Eastrop Great Field in Up Nately; whilst his daughter, Anne, would inherit a parcel of land called Strouds (20 a.) in Up Nately.

Eggar may have already retired from the farm as no crops or livestock are listed and he was owed £50 on specialities. He had 19 stalls of bees – his retirement hobby?
