Will and Inventory of Elizabeth Nash/Nashe, widow of Hoddington, Upton Grey, 1615

Elizabeth Nash, the widow of Robert Nash d. 1610, moved to Hoddington after his death, where she ran a substantial farm that included a malting house. It was most likely what is now known as the Village Farmhouse. In her will, she appointed the Lord of the Manor of Hoddington as one of the overseers. Her estate was valued at over £200.
