Will and inventory of Elinor Smith, widow, 1681

Smith appears to have been a childless widow. Her only land was one close of barley. She was owed £34 on bonds which suggests she may have been left money for her support and earned an income by loaning it out at interest. She chose to be buried in North Waltham.
