Wilfrid Terrace, Street

From the 1880s spaciously laid out terraces houses of superior quality were provided for his workers by William S. Clark in Wilfrid Road due east of Clark’s factory. Wilfrid Terrace was designed by G.J. Skipper in 1885 and is a picturesque composition in Old English cottage style.
