Stogursey Mill house

The Castle or Town Mill stands at the foot of Castle Street. There has probably been a mill here since the 1080s and unusually it survived the Second World War only ceasing work c.1950. In the 1980s it was bought and restored by the Landmark Trust. This view shows the mill house and the range on the right is the mill still containing much of the original machinery.
