Somerton chandelier

Somerton church has two magnificent chandeliers, the gift of Harbin Arnold who died in 1782. He also paid for the vestry that was built on the north side of the chancel in 1770. He founded a bread charity in Somerton giving rent from lands in North Wootton to provide four families with bread every Sunday until the money ceased to be paid in 1821.
