The number of tofts and some specific details suggest it is close in date to the mid-Henry 6 survey copied into a compendium of manorial material by John Stubbe, quoted by Gwen Hart (History of Cheltenham)  and analysed by Anthea Jones (Cheltenham, a New History pp75-9).
