The Rectors of Cliddesden

The Rectors of Cliddesden

Until 1579 Cliddesden was served by its own rector. From that year Farleigh Wallop was united to Cliddesden so clergy were inducted to both Cliddesden and Farleigh Wallop. The re-organisation of parishes in 2011meant that Cliddesden and Farleigh Wallop was assimilated in a united benefice of nine parishes and formed part of the northern group including Ellisfield and Dummer, with a rectory at Ellisfield.
