Providence chapel former schoolroom

The chapel is a split-level building, consisting of an almost windowless chapel and a meeting or school room beneath, remains in use.
One of the original trustees of the chapel was George Hole who was a Sunday schoolteacher for 40 years. On Census Sunday 1851 there were 33 Sunday school children in the morning congregation.
