Kolkinnon in Up Nately

Kolkinnon, formerly known as The Rookery, was a freehold of the manor of Andwell held of Winchester College

It is a large three-bay plus chimney bay house with a high plinth producing lofty ground-floor rooms but, by contrast, only about five feet of headroom beneath the tie beams on the first floor. All ground-floor rooms have transverse joists. An early seventeenth-century house of quite good quality.
