Inventory of William Eires, blacksmith, 1617

William Eires was the blacksmith referred to in the Economic History section of Mapledurwell. His inventory is valuable as it lists his working tools for the smithy and shows that he was also a small scale farmer. Where the smithy was sited is not known.
