Inventory of Richard Brackley, senior, 1666

Brackley had considerable mixed crops at the Parsonage, Basing Park and 2.5 tons of wood at Combe Wood (probably near Ewshot to the east of Basingstoke), all valued at £316 15s. He possessed quarters of wheat, barley, oats and vetches at the parsonage - perhaps he was leasing the tithes of the vicarage of Basingstoke. He had connections with London as a butcher of St Botolph of Aldersgate was involved in the administration of his estate. No will survives.
