Hawker's Hut

Reputedly the smallest property in the care of the National Trust, Hawker's hut on the top of the cliffs at Morwenstow is a dramatically sited place for thinking and writing. Hawker reputedly smoked opium here to obtain inspiration. He referred to it as communing with Morwenna, the patron saint of the parish.
