Will of John Watts, innkeeper 1684

Watts was an innkeeper who left £600 to be divided between his six children when they reached their respective ages of 21. His wife was to invest the money and use the interest for their education. She was also instructed to submit regular accounts to the overseers to approve of the investment. The will was proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury. No inventory survives.
