Will, Inventory and Bond of Walter Froude, yeoman 1681

Froud/Froude owned land in Kingsclere, Kintbury, Water End and Basingstoke. As well as providing for his children, his son still in his minority, he also left 40s. a year to his kinswoman living with him. There was no mention of his wife. His inventory described a house with several rooms, weapons and a silver tipped cane. As well as crops on the ground he had four ploughs, pigs and sheep. The inventory totalled £189 18s.
