Inventory of William Tees/Teese of Hackwood in the parish of Basing, 1620

Tees/Teese listed substantial bonds and money owed to him, and his wages due. He was a man of substance. His personal effects included his clothing, two swords and a dagger, books and a few pieces of furniture. The size of his estate (£83 4s. 6d.) implied that he was employed in an important capacity, probably by the local landowner.
