Will and Inventory of Alice Frost, widow, 1612

Frost had two children, and left her son William, a sawyer, as executor an extra 10s. Her daughter was married to John Lipscombe and his three children were each left a sum, with instructions for one little girl to be taught to sew.  She also left £5 to her goddaughter. The bequests were to be paid from money owed her - £17. Her modest equipment and goods were valued at £5 2s. 0d. She left 12d. to the church and the rest of her estate between her son and daughter.
