Will and Inventory of Robert Neale, 1578

Neale was a widower whose inventory totalled £19 16s. 10d. He left his household goods and cattle to his sons and grandchildren but his son Thomas was charged with being good to William Baker, his ‘little boy’, who was bequeathed a sheep. Neale left money to Winchester cathedral, Dummer church, North Waltham church with an extra 6d. to the ringers there.
