Inventory of William Silvester, 1594

Sylvester’s inventory indicated a small farmer, possibly from the north of the parish, as no sheep are mentioned, just cattle, pigs and poultry. The usual furniture of the hall and chamber were listed, with farm equipment valued at £10 0s. 8d. One of the assessors was the parish clerk, and probate was granted to his widow Alice.
