Will and Inventory of Jerome Mulford, 1590

Mulford left a house (of usual size – hall, chamber, kitchen), which was moderately well furnished, and he had three cattle, a pig and some poultry in the yard. The main item of value in the inventory (£10) was the remaining years on the lease of land from Mrs Jane Dyer. Total value £19 8s.8d. John Wakefield was again an appraiser. Only the inventory survives. His wife, Elinor, was appointed by the Consistory Court of Winchester to administer the estate.
