Will and Inventory of Arthur Fielder/Felder, 1602

Fielder was from West Hook and had considerable crops and cattle including 4 oxen. The total inventory amounted to £75. He left various bequests of money and sheep but in particular he left his son £10 who was in the service of the Queen and provided that if he did not return, the money was to go to his mother. Listed in his inventory was an arquebus which was a gun regularly used by infantrymen.
