Will and Inventory of Agnes Hall, widow, 1595

Hall may be the widow of William Hall (d. 1592) but this cannot be proved. She has just one pig and one cow. She left the cow to daughter Jone but the milk to her other daughter Keatren until Michaelmas next. Her inventory lists linen and spinning wheels, cards, scales and weights in one of her chambers suggesting that perhaps she made a living from processing wool.
