Will and Inventory of Richard Jeyes, yeoman, 1693
Jeyes, a yeoman of Basingstoke, is included here as he left Richard, his son, Pens Farm in Cliddesden together with the barns, stable, outhouses, orchards, gardens and land. Another son, Edward, inherited premises and land in Basingstoke. His inventory was valued at the high sum of £570 15s.
