Watchet war memorial

The Watchet war memorial is one of the most recent having been unveiled on 28 June 2014. The building behind was the town’s lifeboat station until 1944 and is now the public library.

Several local families are represented including several, the Bindings, Brufords, Daveys, Normans, Sullys and Webbers, who lost members in both wars.
