Coastguard cottages at Minehead

The coastguard station consisted of a house for the chief officer and a terrace of five cottages built facing the shore at the south end of Quay Street, probably c.1874. The Tudor Gothic houses are now private dwellings and the coastguard is based at Alcombe.
