Elinor Platt had a substantial farm which she apparently ran herself. Her crops (wheat, barley, rye, oats, hay, vetches and straw) were valued at £118; her cattle (5 milk cows, 8 small bullocks and 2 calves) at £20, her ewe, wether and tegg sheep at £20, pigs at £1 and her five horses at £10. She loaned money and was owed £110 on a bond.
