Cheltenham Manor Court Records, 1515-16

This transcript is based on images taken in 2011 of TNA SC2 175 27, a roll of Cheltenham Manor Court material from several different reigns.  

Membrane 3, transcribed here by the Cheltenham Local History Society Latin Group in 2013, is a run of estreats (notes of monies due) for courts spanning about one year, to September 1516.  They give evidence of modest levels of court activity (rather few property transactions compared with later years), and relatively few misdemeanours attracting fines.
