Will of Richard Hall, clothier, 1605

Hall was a rich clothier with a high tax assessment on land in 1603. He was bailiff in Basingstoke 1572-3, 1588-9, 1601-2. He also possessed lands in Winchester Field, Hatchfield, Hackwood field, Salisbury field and Holy Ghost field.
