Will and inventory of Robert Manfield/Manfild, yeoman, 1604

Manfield was a yeoman assessed on land for £3 tax in 1603. His inventory records nearly 30 a. of arable crops growing at the time of his death and other crops harvested and stored about the house. He owned 5 carthorses. The contents of his house reflect his status and wealth for example 20 pairs of sheets.
