Finding the way: roads round Bolsover

Bolsover has suffered throughout its history from lying just off the main roads that run through this north-east Derbyshire. This item explains how Bolsover came to be isolated in this way, creating a problem that has only recently been eased by the opening of junction 29A on the M1 motorway.
