Bolsover Colliery

Bolsover colliery was sunk by the Bolsover Colliery Company Ltd in the early 1890s and remained an important part of the coal industry in Derbyshire for most of the 20th century. The colliery finally closed in 1993 and some of the surface buildings have since been converted into units for small businesses.
