St Probus Church

Early Medieval church, which was the collegiate church of the monastery of St Probus. Circa 1120 Henry I gave the church to the Cathedral of Exeter, but the first vicar was not appointed until 1312. The church is mainly 15th Century with an Early 16th Century tower, which was the tallest in Cornwall. The church was restored in 1850 by GE Street.
