Church Lane

This picturesque lane is one of the earliest roads in Ledbury; it leads to the parish church. It was apparently called Church Street or Church End in the Middle Ages, and seems to have been Church Street in the early 17th century. Both Church Street and Church Lane were in use in the early 19th century but from 1851, the street was Church Lane. The following links take you to buildings in Church Lane:
