Burglary at Buckskin Farm, Basingstoke, and the Epsom Murder, 1832-4

The attached document tells the story of the violent burglary at Buckskin Farm, Basingstoke in 1832, and the eventual capture of the robbers. The ringleader, John Young, was executed for that crime at Winchester in 1834. It is almost certain that he was also responsible for killing John Richardson, in what became known as the Epsom Murder.
